Nancy. “Lulu”, a greengrocer for 30 years at the Nancy market: “We do good for people, we are a kind of natural pharmacy”

Hüseyïn Uyar, known as "Lulu", has been running a fruit and vegetable stand in the central market on Place Charles-III since August 18, 1995. He looks back on these three decades of work: his passion for business, his arrival in France, his significant encounters and the evolution of customer consumption.
It started with helping out a few shopkeepers. Forty years ago, on Rue des Quatre-Églises in Nancy. He was ten years old and had just arrived in France. He loved it right away. "The market was my playground; I loved the lively side of it."
